...as to the reyes site: i've met a lot of these great guys. Gilbert, Karlitos, Joel, etc in Texas a few years back. I really enjoyed your tour of the hohner factory. Are they getting air into that old accordion body onto which the blocks are clamped by a motor driven pressure/vaccum set (I use the in and out of a small vaccum myself) or did you mean like a treadle sewing machine, foot powered to a bellows underneath? I do really like having the reed block set up horizontal like that, my is vertical. Will attach a photo or two of a manual tuning set up - I've made several and sold them on ebay.
